Welcome to Chronos Treks. Before we lace up the boots, we've got some ground rules to cover. Why do we have these? To ensure every trekker is safe and every summit is respected.

1. Liability Waivers

Nature is beautiful, but it's also unpredictable. By booking an expedition, you're acknowledging that outdoor adventure carries inherent risks. Our guides are trained professionals, but we aren't gods. You'll be required to sign a comprehensive liability waiver before departing on any wilderness survival course or high-altitude trek.

2. Payment & Refunds

We believe in fair play. If we have to cancel a trip due to extreme weather warnings (think hurricanes, not just a bit of rain), you'll get a choice: a full refund or a credit for a future trek. Don't worry, we won't leave you hangin'.

Payments for our navigational training must be settled in full 7 days before the start date. We've spent 17 years refining these trails; we promise the value is there.

3. Conduct on the Trail

Respect the wild. Respect each other. Use common sense. If a guide deems a participant's behavior unsafe for the group, we reserve the right to remove that person from the expedition without refund. Harsh? Maybe. Necessary? Absolutely.
